To the outside world we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other’s hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time. -Clara Ortega
I may not be super old just yet, but I treasure my brother and sister. In the infrequent times we are all together I love the sharing of family jokes and memories, and the irreplaceable feeling of being with people who knew me as I used to be. I pray that a rich lifelong relationship is also being nurtured between the brother and sister that live under my roof.
